ForwardPage.com("FP") has updated and consolidated
its Terms of Service ("T&C"). Members need
only read and accept the T&C once to become a registered
member and enjoy the beneifts available from FP. All members,
current and new, are required to agree to the new T&C
in order to continue enjoying the benefits.

1.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to FP. FP provides its Membership to you, subject
to the following Terms and Conditions ("T&C"),
which may be updated by us from time to time without notice
to you. You can review the most current version of the
T&C at any time. In addition, when using particular
FP features, you and FP shall be subject to any posted
guidelines or rules applicable to such services which
may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or
rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the T&C.
2. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Membership, you agree
to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information
about yourself as prompted by the SignUp's registration
form (such information being the "Registration Data")
and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration
Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate,
not current or incomplete, or FP has reasonable grounds
to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate,
not current or incomplete, FP has the right to suspend
or terminate your Membership and refuse any and all current
or future use of the Membership (or any portion thereof)
without any liability to you. FP is concerned about the
safety and privacy of all its users, particularly children.
3. GAMEMETROPOLIS PRIVACY POLICY
Registration Data and certain other information about
you is subject to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated
by reference into and made a part of this T&C. You
agree and acknowledge that by giving the Registration
Data and certain other information about you to FP, FP
may release such information to third parties as specified
in the Privacy Policy, and that you give consent to such
disclosure. For more information, please see our full

4.
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a random-generated password and will
be sent to the email account you have porvided upon completing
the Membership's registration process. You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and
account, and are fully responsible for all activities
that occur under your password or account. You agree to
(a) immediately notify FP of any unauthorized use of your
password or account or any other breach of security, and
(b) ensure that you logout from your account at the end
of each session. FP cannot and will not be liable for
any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply
with this Section 5.
5. NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell
or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of
the Membership, use of the Membership, or access to the
Membership.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
FP reserves the right at any time and from time to time
to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently,
the Membership (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
You agree that FP shall not be liable to you or to any
third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance
of the Membership.
7. TERMINATION
You agree that FP, in its sole discretion, may terminate
your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of
the Membership, for any reason, including, without limitation,
if FP believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently
with the letter or spirit of the T&C. FP may also
in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing
the Membership, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
You agree that any termination of your access to the Membership
under any provision of this T&C may be effected without
prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that FP may immediately
deactivate or delete your account and all related information.
Further, you agree that FP shall not be liable to you
or any third-party for any termination of your access
to the Membership.
8. TRADEMARK INFORMATION
GameMetropolis, FP logos and FP banners are trademarks
of FP. Without FP's prior permission, you agree not to
display or use in any manner.
9.
COPYRIGHTS
FP
respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask
our users to do the same. If you believe that your work
has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright, trade
mark or other intellectual property infringement, please
provide FP the following information:
- an
electronic or physical signature of the person authorized
to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual
property interest;
- a
description of the intellectual property right that
you claim has been infringed;
- a
description of where the material that you claim is
infringing is located on the site;
- your
address, telephone number, and email address;
- a
statement by you that you have a good faith belief
that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual
property right owner, its agent, or the law;
- a
statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that
the above information in your Notice is accurate and
that you are the intellectual property right owner
or authorized to act on the intellectual property
right owner's behalf.

10.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The
TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and FP
and govern your use of the Membership, superceding any
prior agreements between you and FP.
The section titles in the T&C are for convenience
only and have no legal or contractual effect.
